... and probably have way too many projects for two weeks of vacation, sigh! Do you know this? I scent knitting time and turn a little free, currently I'm still trying to limit myself a little.

But first of all: A wonderful good morning to the Saturday coffee with a little net whisper and a lot of vacation mood. Here in Berlin (today I, Marisa, am writing for you again) the summer vacations have begun, we are going to the mountains in a few days. And that is: by car! What am I excited. A long car ride means a few hours of knitting at a time! Maybe I'm a little (too) optimistic and suppress the thought of bored kids. But as they say: hope knitting time dies last.

So of course the knitting projects want to be carefully planned and it's not like I don't have a trillion projects in the pipeline, so today I'm going to introduce you to the ones that have been at the forefront of my mind and also tell you which ones are going in the suitcase just in case.

Clothes for the smallest miss

Dresses for the smallest Miss I can not knit enough (head). They go nice and fast and are just lovely to look at. I fell especially in love with this one while browsing Ravelry the other day. Seaside Dress by Marta Porcel. Sophia had already linked it to you last week:

Seaside Dress from Tynn Line by Sandnes as a knit kit in the store.
Photos: © Marta Porcel / SANDNES

For the size three years I need only four balls. So they really do not take up much space and probably go in the color 5930 in the suitcase, unless I still come a spontaneous change idea.

Just as pretty and tempting, because knitted on somewhat heavier needles in Line, is the Lola Kjolewhich was on the shortlist, but to me the Seaside Dress seems a bit more "exciting".

The ballerina skirt from Sandnes Yarn, a classic at Maschenfein SHop.
Photo: © SANDNES

Almost landed in the suitcase also again the sugary sweet ballerina skirt, he just can not get out of my head. The biggest Miss had "spurned" him many years ago, from the yarn laid ready for it was created then the Katla Cardigan for our book Småland . Maybe I start in the coming fall / winter a new attempt for the smallest Fräulein. In the summer vacation, the project has not made it because of the mohair part, because that might be too warm for me on the lap. Whereby this reasoning is no longer able to convince me when writing ... If you can not resist, you can find the knitting kit now even with the pattern for free as a PDF download here in our store.

Unicorns for little misses.

Matching the ballerina skirt, I still have this sweater further up on my project list. The (second) unicorn phase is certainly not long in coming. For those of you who are still a bit scared of two-thread knitting, I'd like to recommend our knitting encyclopedia Knitting knowledge to go for the vacations. It doesn't take up much space in your hand luggage and contains all the knowledge you might need.

For guys and men's rooms

A little bit of a lady's knitting list is currently, I admit. But there are already ideas for the better half and the son on the list, they just have not made it into my little suitcase, but maybe in yours?

Simple men's sweater with that certain something.
Photo: © LAMANA

I like the sweater 11 from the first LAMANA men's magazine almost without exception. Knitted from Como, I would choose exactly this color (namely denim blue), but prefer the back in stockinette stitch, making it even plainer.

My son is a bit difficult to knit, because he is on the one hand extremely sensitive to materials, collars and sleeves, and on the other hand is insanely, uh, let's say, "careless" with his clothes. But I always like to admire the projects that Sandra knits for her two sons and have asked her to list her favorites for you:

Ideas for WIllard Mini by Alicia PlummerPhoto
: © Alicia Plummer

For example, there is the Willard Mini after a tutorial by Alicia Plummer, who, by the way, also designed this men's sweater, I also like very much. You can find the pattern for Willard Mini on Ravelry, Sandra had knitted it (twice, of course, for the sake of fairness) from Organic Cotton by Blue Sky Fibers, which is currently being phased out by us due to lack of space. I've reduced the remaining stock, so if you like, you can grab it quick! For Willard Mini we now have the knitting kit from Bergamo in the store, which is of course the warmer version. Who wants to stay with cotton, could also take LAMANA Ica.

Mini Montrealer "made from any Rown yarn".
Photo: © Designs by Delz

Knitted from "some Rowan yarn, I think, Creative Linen"Sandra has also knitted the Mini Montreal according to a tutorial by Designs by Delz. (Sorry, how can you keep up with the speed of knitting, you can quickly lose one or the other yarn. I understand completely).

Sandra recommended Merino 120 from Lang Yarns for this sweater and I really have to say, THIS is a yarn that the young gentleman in the house Maschenfein would certainly tolerate. AND: I would actually dare to knit him a sweater out of it, without having to worry that it (the sweater) would be irrevocably dirty and ruined in the corner behind the hamster cage after the next soccer game or oh-I-don't-know-what-the-boys-are-doing-with-their-clothes-ever. Merino 120 is pretty much indestructible, I have already tested several times on toddler clothes, honestly. In fact, I'm just wavering ... I still have a little space in the side door ...

The lemming in me

Let's move on to the most important things in life: Bags. I admit, at first I thought: Who needs a fluffy mohair bag? Exactly: ME, ME, ME! The Honey Clutch from Petite Knit has come across me on Instagram so often now that I just can't get past it. I have two different colors in Sunday and Tynn Silk Mohair (original variant of Mette,) ready, but then Krea Deluxe was here just so "around" and it was done around me ...

Honey Clutch by Petite Knit as a knitting kit with original zipper.
Photo: © PetiteKnit

So I knit out the Honey Clutch in our kit variation 2 Deluxe Silk Mohair and Organic Wool from Krea Deluxe. Again, I would highly recommend our Knitting knowledge to go because the pattern are really hard to follow. In addition, you should actually pack two circular needles and two single needles from a double pointed needles in the strength 2.5 mm, the rounds of the bag make (me) on the long circular needles not so really fun.

The matching zippers we also had for you in the store, but were sold out quickly almost all and also at PetiteKnit they are unfortunately not available. But we are on it and order them as soon as possible for you. You can find beautiful fabrics (for the lining of the bag) from ITO here. There is hardly a way around the Honey Clutch. Do you also participate?

You can never have enough bags anyway, and we're talking about them a lot here at Maschenfein. The matching inspiration went online this week, surely you have already seen it.

In the future, only go shopping with Edda Bag.
Photo: © Susanne Müller

Oh, yes of course, my Edda Bag to be I pack of course also. Pure knitting time you need probably only three to four hours for a bag and who likes, can look again at our ICA-stocks. Because with shopping nets you can confidently leave your color scheme once.

Practical in hand luggage

What else I pack in my suitcase.... My Namaste Case in large and in small, which I pack with a little melancholy, because the company Namaste has unfortunately not managed to re-brand and bring the really great cases under a new name on the market. Therefore, they are unfortunately phased out one by one. Who would like to have another one, should be quick.

Then of course I have my needle bag with me Mara (honestly even two, one for my numerous long needle tips and one for the many short needle tips) and the project bag Mona, which always houses the latest knitting project and many things for the road. So it fits perfectly that our joint sales slot with Franzi Klee started on Thursday! You can currently order our joint collection until the end of next week (Friday). So if you've been thinking about it for a while, now is your chance again. Listen to our podcast, where you can learn more about the story behind our collection and the label Franziska Klee.

I also like to always have at least one crochet hook (or just the pretty Tulip set) with me on vacation, then of course a really good pair of scissors and many, many stoppers for way too many projects and stitches on the needles.

What are you packing in your suitcases this summer?

Whew, pretty hot! Do you think it's too warm for knitting inspiration? I don't think so. Instead, I'll just put a few ice cubes in your Saturday coffee. If you like, you can have a dollop of cream on top and of course there's net talk for everyone. So, put on your umbrella and let's go!

First of all, a weighty statement: Tops and shirts are notoriously divisive. Arms covered - yes or no? Personally, I like to wear with sleeves, but I appreciate the airy advantages of spaghetti straps. (Is that actually still how you say it today? Urgently need to get on the phone with the noughties). A good compromise between the two are definitely the following two designs.

Good compromise: overcut sleeves

Wilma shirt
Nice and breezy: the Wilma shirt by Miriam Walchshäusl.
Photo: © Miriam Walchhäusl

Brand new is for example the shirt Wilmadesigned by Miriam Walchshäusl, who you know from Instagram as @mrsfunnyvalentine. The shirt is inspired by the black track and field athlete Wilma Rudolph, who won several gold medals in the early 60s and was active in the US civil rights movement.

Wilma we have created for you in the knitting kit with Sparrow from Quince & Co. Knitted from the top down. The false seams on the sides provide the otherwise simple shirt for a little eye-catcher. Short rows also make the back a little longer than the front. And have I ever said I'm a little in love with the color palettes of Quince &Co. yarns? They are just too beautiful! Also, please don't be scared when knitting a pure linen yarn like Sparrow. If it feels almost a little hard to work with, it will be softer when worn.

Quasi multifunctional it becomes with this model: Allora from ChrisBerlin. The summer vest can be worn open as a short-sleeved jacket or closed as a shirt. Here, too, you knit top down, the button placket is worked in double knitting technique.

In the kit you will find the Bio Balance from BC Yarn. It's slightly warmer than a linen yarn because of its composition (55% virgin wool, 45% cotton), but still good for summer because of the plant fiber content. By the way, the pattern also include five video tutorials - so you should be well prepared for all eventualities.

Allora
Also light and airy: Allora by ChrisBerlin.
Photo: © ChrisBerlin

Also great in summer: children's knitwear!

If you want to be even faster knitting, you should think about children's clothing. The prerequisite for this is, of course, that you have someone to knit in the appropriate size, but then nothing stands in the way of a mini project.

You know the old knitting law: one stripe still goes!
Photos: © SANDNESGARN

It is even easier if the selected model contains stripes. True to the motto "One more stripe is possible", you'll probably be finished faster than you'd like.

The following two styles caught my eye in our knitting kits. The shirt Summer stripper has wide block stripes and is knitted with the cotton yarn Mandarin Petit knitted. The same yarn, but narrower stripes you will find in the model Stripet T-Skjorte. Thanks to the many different colors, you have all the possibilities to design the shirt according to your wishes or - even better - according to the wishes of the people to be knitted.

Sugar, right? Rysjekjole by SANDNES or Seaside Dress by Marta Porcel - the choice is hard!
Photos: © SANDNESGARN / Marta Porcel

Of course, dresses are also very cute. Here for example the striped model Rysjekjole by SANDNES from Tynn Line or - from the same yarn - the Seaside Dress from Marta Porcel. Both have in common the A-line shape and the ruffles on the arms.

You can also get into the summer mood with the SANDNES designs from issue 1505. Since the issue is no longer published, you can now order the pattern individually in the respective kits. Have a look at this page - don't forget sunscreen!

... or cloths

Shawls are also wonderful projects for summer. Especially when they come across as light and airy like Snow by Melanie Berg or Seedling by Pauliina Karru.
Photos: © Melanie Berg / Laine Publishing

I can also recommend shawls as a possible summer project. Especially if you knit them from light, airy yarns. Suitable would be for example Snow by Melanie Berg (don't let the name confuse you). The yarns used here are the wonderful Shibui yarns Lunar (merino/silk) and Silk Cloud (mohair/silk). We have again almost all colors in stock. Please have a look at the rest of the Shibui-offer. Koan (Linen/Silk) is also a great candidate for summer and comes for example - together with Lunar - in the Loovi Tee by Rosa P. for example.

My beloved Laine magazine - or rather the great women behind it - have also recommended in their latest newsletter the shawl Seedling by Pauliina Karru for the summer. You can find the model in the shawl book 52 Weeks of Shawls and you can knit it for example from Pinta from Pascuali. Also Puno Winikunka, also Pascuali, would be possible. Here some colors are missing, but the great natural tones are there. Just note that your shawl from Pinta might get a little bigger if necessary, since the gauge doesn't quite fit here. The composition of the yarn, however, harmonizes perfectly with the cloth - which is why we recommend it to you.

New at Maschenfein

Organic Wool 1
Goes perfectly with Maschenfein: the yarns of Krea Deluxe from Denmark.
Photo: © Krea Deluxe

From the bottom of my heart I also want to recommend our new addition to the wool shelf: From now on you can find the yarns from Krea Deluxe in our shop. Maybe one or the other of you already knows the Danish yarn manufacturer, who attaches great importance to a clean production chain and very good quality. Except for the glitter yarn Shiny all other qualities are GOTS certified.

And so you will find now beside the glittery yarn also Organic Wool 1, Organic Cotton and the very fluffy Deluxe Silk Mohair with us. We are of course already looking for suitable pattern. For example, if you like to crochet (small things), you should look directly at Krea Deluxe.instructionsttern are in English, but all the cuter for it. And how about this bag, for example?

And then I told you a while ago that I'm currently knitting the dress Lotta by Marie Greene from the fifth Laine Magazine. The knitting kit has been with us for a while - and on top of that we now have good news: We have had the pattern translated into German for you. If you buy the kit from us, just send us an email to "support@maschenfein.de" with proof of purchase ofinstructionsttern (or a photo of the corresponding page from the magazine) and we'll send you the translation.

I also found this embroidery tutorial on Instagram that is easy to follow. Dzejna shows how you can embroider a pretty flower on knitted pieces. I think it's a great idea to decorate plain shirts with some flowers. Also, we wanted to ask you what video tutorials you would like to see. Are there any knitting techniques or questions about knitting that you'd like us to explain in moving image? Feel free to let us know!

Such a great piece: the Sailor Sweater by Anne Ventzel for the Maschenfeine showcase.
Photo via Instagram: © instagram.com/martasandmann

In the Maschenfeinen shop window you can recently also admire the Sailor Sweater sweater by Anne Ventzel. Marta knitted it and yes, I know, the heat does not allow long sleeves - but isn't it just beautiful? So I'm looking forward there directly again to cooler temperatures!

Maschenfein knitting round

You yourselves are knitting mixed as well - sometimes with short, sometimes with long sleeves, sometimes a shawl, sometimes a top. How beautiful! That's how knitting should be. Charlima42 shows her scarf Carla on the beach. If this picture doesn't make you long for vacation, I don't know what will. And at Gantenstein you can see the Jules Sweater from the Ica from LAMANA. After I knitted the cozy version in winter, I absolutely need the summer edition too.

Photos via Instagram: © instagram.com/fabulouisaslife / instagram.com/karacraftstuff

Louisa knits herself the Anchor's Summer Shirt. A rascal, who thinks, I have seduced her to it. And you can find a beautiful basket full of summer yarn at Karacraftstuff. Some of the wool will be used for the Emma Top. Finest summer knitting so!

I wish you now a lot of fun knitting, enjoy the weekend!

We already told you: We are in summer mode. Which is not to say that we are no longer looking for beautiful yarns, tutorials and more inspiration for you. No, no. But knitting-wise, the summer pieces are now gradually moving onto our needles. And today we tell you which ones they are. Because maybe one or the other still needs a project for the vacation!

With structure but sleeveless

Camisole No. 4
The Camisole No. 4 made of pure silk - a dream!
Photo: © My Favourite Things Knitwear

Marisa fell in love with the Camisole No. 4 from My Favourite Things Knitwear right when the tutorial came out. But the top is also beautiful! And the thought of knitting it out of pure silk puts you in a good mood! That's why you'll find Jaipur Silk Fino from BC Yarn in the knitting kit. How about a camisole in night blue, for example?

Alternatively, you can knit the top but also great from the Økologisk Sommeruld of CaMaRose. You know when you have yarns on your list that you want to use someday (you know, in the next life of a knitter)? That's how it is for me with the Sommeruld. But somehow it's also a nice problem when you can't decide between two yarns.

Sandra is also sometimes sleeveless in the summer knitting. Her favorite: the Emma Top from Paula_m. A wonderful basic shirt in a semi-patent. You'll find four different variations in the knitting kit, as you can knit the top with a low back neckline as well as closed. With Cosma and Perla from LAMANA you can work the version with a back neckline, with Duo from SANDNES or Summerlite DK from Rowan you can knit the design with a closed back. Of course, you can always use up scraps of yarn for summer tops. So if you need the pattern separately, you can find them here.

If you want to knit a dress, check out the Nordic Summer Dress.
Photo: © WitreDesign

Before we switch to the covered arms faction right away, here's another design with thin straps: Arlene's summer favorite is the Nordic Summer Dress from WitreDesign. Since I'm knitting a dress myself right now, I strongly support this choice. And of course not only so that someone else has to knit endless rounds of stockinette stitch 😉 As yarn you can take here as in the original also the line of SANDNES. By the way, knitting is done from the bottom up. In this respect, you have the endless rounds at the beginning of the project - also somehow practical.

Rather something with sleeves?

Jule and I have chosen designs with sleeves for the summer favorites. But we also have travel headgear. That's just not possible with summer knits, especially not when the designers come from Denmark or Norway.

The head (and heart of course) behind this top-down design is Nina Ruth from Norway (Oslo to be exact, but I didn't want to torture you with too beautiful pictures in your head). Nina is known for her twist designs. And also this Twist Tee has it, of course: a knitted knot whose ends are sewn to the hem at the end. The yarn used is also the Line from SANDNES. Be sure to check out the Norwegian's other designs - there are more tops and shirts!

The shirt with a twist: a typical Nina Ruth design.

Super companion for the summer: the Anker's Summer Shirt from PetiteKnit.
Photo: © PetiteKnit

My summer favorite is the Anchor's Summer Shirt from PetiteKnit, also knitted from the Line knitted by SANDNES. I wear it all the time because it's just so uncomplicated. You can combine it dressy or casual - making it the perfect everyday companion for me (admittedly, I'm often casual due to pandemic). It's also a super project for beginners. The pattern from PetiteKnit are detailed to just the right degree - and here you can practice knitting top down with a round yoke.

And what do you knit in the summer? Do you already have a project or could we inspire you? Tell us about it in the comments! But for now we wish you a good start into the summer and many beautiful knitting hours on the balcony, in the garden, on the beach, ...

Are you already in the middle of summer knitting? We kind of chose the gentle transition... I guess it's also because of the rainy weather so far. But anyway. As knitters we are flexible to the maximum - and one or the other always has a (started) project up her sleeve. In addition, we now want to tell you regularly on Auf den Nadeln what we are listening to or watching while knitting. As we all know, twice the inspiration is better than once!

New colleague successfully influenced: Check!

Super entry-level project: a shopping net.
Photo: © Arlene Schulte-Vennbur

Up to now our "IT-Arlene" knitted only for her dog. But now I'd say we've got her. Besides the Spring waffle cloththat she knits for her sister and that we told you about in the last newsletter, she also knits a Make-me-take-me shopping net with the Ica from LAMANA.

Finally sitting in the sun and enjoying the nice weather with a ball of wool on my lap, this time with the Make-Me-Take-Me shopping bag. While doing so I listen to The first last day from Sebastian Fitzek."

Hood and towel alert!

At Jule's place, besides a good podcast on the ears, the TheCozyHoodie from Cozyknits on the needles. And if there is time for reading, the current Laine Magazine can be read.

I make myself comfortable on the terrace in the beautiful weather with TheCozyHoodie. Right now I'm still reading Laine Magazine No. 11, but I'm already eagerly waiting for the new episode of my favorite podcast. In Herstory every two weeks Jasmin presents a woman in history who has achieved great things but is completely unknown. Super exciting!

Jule knits the Cozy Hoodie from CCozyknits. So the autumn may come then. But first, of course, in the fall!
Photo: © Julia Gotthardt

Marisa has the TheCozyHoodie also on the needles, but has "parked" it because of the current weather conditions. She is also still knitting many, many rows on her Luna-shawl Midnatssol. In her head, she's currently knitting various summer tops and mentally rummaging through our drawer with new summer yarns that are just moving into the store or are on their way to the warehouse.

Currently, I get unfortunately once again a little less to knit, but IF, then I dream while knitting directly from five new projects. Bad, isn't it? I usually have a podcast on my ears. For example, every month I look forward to the new episode in the Endlich-Ich subscription of Ohhhmhhin which Stefanie Luxat and Alexa von Heyden discuss everything that comes to mind.

Two classics with Sandra

Sandra is on vacation right now. Knitting time is a bit scarce right now, but she would have enough projects 😉 Because Sandra is actually knitting in parallel on the Kolding from ChrisBerlin (from Modena and Premia from LAMANA) and on the Anna Cardigan by Pam Allen (from Piper from Quince & Co).

On the needles with me?

Blue. Still the Kolding from Lamana Premia and Modena in Basalt and the Anna Cardigan from Piper in the color Sweetwater. And on the ears? Cold gold by Cilla and Ralf Börjlind - part 6 of a Swedish crime series.

Sandra is knitting something blue. That's all you really need to know 😉Photo

Project backlog at Sophia

Yes, the dress will definitely be finished at some point. For sure!
Photo: © Sophia Michalzik

I personally hardly dare to make my contribution to On the needles here today. 😅 The cloth Carla I have - except for sewing - well-behaved finished. But with my other projects I have hardly little not progressed at all. Nevertheless I just show you the Dress Lotta from the fifth Laine Magazine. The tutorial is also soon in a maschenfein translation in German for you!

Knitted from double Tynn Line, the good piece will hopefully be ready this summer! Lotta is more for advanced knitters. But since it's so beautiful, it's worth every bit of effort. On my ears - when I don't have to concentrate too much - is the crime novel Bad Blood by Robert Galbraith. The series around the private detective Cormoran Strike is just too good!

YOUR KNITTING PROJECTS HERE AT MASCHENFEIN

And what do you have so in June on the needles? Feel free to tell us! "On the Needles" is a series from Maschenfein. Just comment here under this post or link up in the links section. On Instagram we use the hashtag #ontheneedles.

Folks, the summer is coming. So a little bit at least, but I firmly believe that the umbrella can soon dry properly. Therefore, I have decided that it is also summery here today. It's getting hot at Maschenfein, huh! So welcome to a fresh Saturday coffee with knitting ideas for warm days and some net talk.

To my colleagues I have the one evening already announced what I feel today when I write: knit shorts. The reactions ranged from 🙈 to 😎 to 💃. I'm fully aware that this is a controversial topic. But when not to try something like this than in times when people talk a lot via video and it's mainly about the presence of the upper half of the body? I'll come to that later, by the way.

Once with ruffles, once with drawstring: Emma shorts and the shorts LalPhotos
: © sistaknit.com / Pascuali

One comment right away: my legs don't look like they do in the photos. They are neither so long, nor so slim, nor so tanned. They won't reach all three stages in this life either. But anyway. And still, I kind of feel like wearing shorts....

The model on the left is from the Norwegian designer duo Sistaknit. The two sisters want to combine fashion trends with traditional Norwegian knitwear and have now published a whole series of designs. Bit by bit there are now also the German translations. The Emma Shorts are a more playful model and are knitted from the Line knitted from SANDNES.

The shorts Lal are a model from the third pattern booklet of Pascuali. Here you work with the yarn Nepal - a really great quality for the summer. The yarn consists of cotton, linen and nettle. Such compositions always fix me totally. Sandra had designed a shirt from it some time ago. Another must have!

Rather without leg?

Prefer a skirt? Emma skirt and another model from SANDNES.
Photo: © SISTAKNIT.COM / SANDNES

Who now says "knitted shorts are rather not so my thing", whose view I would still direct to possible skirts. For example, the counterpart to the Emma Shorts: The skirt of the same name is also knitted from the line of SANDNES. I would possibly lengthen it a bit, since my legs above the knee are rather...well. Can we talk about it another time.

Very sweet I also find this skirt from SANDNES, also from the line. By the way, I have heard very different feedback about this cotton viscose linen yarn. After I had knitted it for the first time, I was not completely convinced either. But with me it was simply due to the wrong needle size and my loose knitting style. Meanwhile, I like the yarn very much and it wears excellent in warm temperatures.

Sweet summer stop from Nadelmelodie.
Photo: © Christiane Globuschütz

Maybe using the line for a top otherwise would be an option? The Tiny Collar Top by Nadelmelodie, for example, is also knitted from it and I think it could become the perfect summer companion. You'll be knitting from the bottom up. I especially like the beaded pattern at the neckline.

And speaking of tops: Since zoomcalls rule all our lives, we know how important the "upper impression" is. Leggings are no problem, the main thing is that the blazer fits!

In the fashion column of journalist Marlene Sørensen on ohhhmhhh.de (but it's behind a paywall) I recently read that it doesn't always have to be the blazer. Instead, fine hole patterns or puffed sleeves are also a super statement. This is how you create presence despite the video and make it clear "I'm here!". (Who does not want to radiate this message, should read over the next paragraph. 😉 )

Fine patterns as eye-catchers: Pia Top and Peacock Sweater.
Photos: © SISTAKNIT.COM / © leknit.com

With these two designs you definitely show that you are present - even if the model on the right, the Peacock Sweater by Lene Holme Samsøe is probably more something for autumn. But who likes to knit anticyclical...

The Pia Top (left) is again from Sistaknit. It is knitted with the Merinoull from SANDNES. I haven't been able to figure out exactly how it's constructed, but I suspect the sleeves are set in some way. So it's probably more of a design for advanced knitters (or beginners with ambition!).

With a round yoke and seamless, on the other hand, the Peacock Sweater is knitted seamlessly. The shell pattern is perfect for a cast on the beach (who knows?!) and would remind you of a hopefully beautiful summer in the fall. As yarn Lene has chosen one thread Sunday and two threads Tynn Silk Mohair and two threads. And there we have but directly decided to create a knitting kit for it.

If you now think that I'm fashionable from now on on other paths - do not worry! I just like to peek to the left and right. And the designs of the Argentine Joji Locatelli will always, always please me.

Sandra recently discovered this new cardigan and we all kind of fell over in the chat. Like, sorry, I have to put it this way, hammer is this model please? The Long Summer Cardigan is a top-down design with set-in sleeves, but you knit them right on. The pattern are in English, but maybe one or two of you will have the courage. For the yarn we suggest the Merino Twist from Cowgirl Blues. The color palette is just perfect here.

Simply just wow! The Long Summer Cardigan by Joji Locatelli.

There are new designs waiting for us...

And then soon I can show you here the new design of Anne Ventzel for the summer. The Slanting Slip On is already available in English and should be released in German next week. And what do we say there? Right: Hooray! Have a look at the top already here...

Coming soon, pattern for the Honey Clutch.
Photo via Instagram: © instagram.com/petiteknit

PetiteKnit also has a few things waiting in the wings. Among other things the Honey Clutch. I had been watching the design evolve on Instagram and initially assumed a hood for a hoodie. But what actually emerged was a small pouch. I am curious about the pattern! Jule also already has the Zipper Jacket for you in mind and I have the Weekend Slipover. We also already have a yarn combination in mind, but we still have to wait for our yarn increase. But luckily it will come very soon!

While I wait like this, I just enjoy our knitting community. With Anja is a Cumulus blouse from the Midnatssol from CaMaRose is finished (great idea!) and with my.knitting a Scarf Carla. The colors makes you really want summer!

Photos via Instagram: © instagram.com/ritariek / instagram.com/what.strickstn.da

Another Pascuali model you can see at Rita's: She has chosen the Shirt Camilla from Puno Winikunka knitted. Perfect for the coming months! And best equipped for the fall (in May) is Birgit - namely with the Eezra Sweater from the Snefnug by CaMaRose.

Before I now something new annadel (the one sample does not count), I must first sew the threads at my cloth Carla. Because neither Sandra nor Jule have had time. Strange, but well. I'll do it myself! You a nice weekend and have fun knitting!
