A wonderful good morning to the Saturday coffee with a little this and that from the knitting world and around Maschenfein.

We revealed our #hyggeheim secret last week! Have you seen it yet? There is still a little summer time until we all hold the book in our hands and then of course will knit vigorously from it. Until then, we provide you here with little glimpses and sweeten you (and us) the waiting time, I promise!

But at the moment it's much too warm for hygge anyway. There are currently much more suitable projects.

For example, Lotta. Lotta is the cover dress of the new Laine magazine. You can find the magazine in the store and it is again wonderful-wonderful. I think so! On 132 pages there is a lot to see, read and discover. 10 knitting pattern, a portrait with Ysolda Teague, an interview with Rosa Pomar and much more.

Kerstin has fallen hard in love with Lotta and tried a little around what could fit. The result is the variant Tynn Line in double thread. And for this I have just put the matching knitting kit in the store. Maybe someone will join Kerstin and it will be a small Lotta-KAL.

By the way, Lotta was designed by Marie Greene, who is behind the beautiful Instagram profile Oliveknits. While browsing, you could already become weak again. With this top bateau. Could be knitted from alpaca Silke. Or from brine.

Beautiful is also her balise cardigan. Mini Alpakka would fit.

In July she starts a Knit Along to her Beekeeper Cardigan. On Instagram you can see the good piece in full glory.

Yesterday evening Katrin Schneider presented her latest ITO piece on Instagram and I was instantly in love with it. Surely the test knitting will start soon in her group on Ravelry. Knitted from ITO Kinu and Washi.

Oh, by the way, it's already June and since yesterday there is the new round "On the needles" here on the blog. Are you also participate again and show your current projects? I am curious.

Somewhere on the net (probably it was Facebook) I stumbled across this video - "The Nights are so long". You have to watch the video (not just read the text), it hit me right in the heart, because I'm also just so that I wonder where the years have gone. Didn't the big girl just come into the world? How terribly long did the nights seem to me back then when she slept exclusively on top of me and wouldn't let me put her down? And how much our routine has changed in the last few months here. Everything new, everything different. Everything nice, but different. Halima is doing it just right. Out of the daily routine and back into parenthood.

Have you already listened to Kaffee Stulle Gin? I love listening to Anna and Imke and am already looking forward to the new episode tomorrow, which is about "Mothers on the verge of a nervous breakdown". I'm really looking forward to it.

Have a great weekend!
