A wonderful good morning to Saturday coffee with a little this and that from the knitting world.

Saturday Coffee 128 Blog

There was a big fuss about a dark blue Bergamo jacket at the Maschenfein knitting meeting in mid-June here in Berlin. Everyone wanted to knit this one jacket. As soon as possible, of course. The mysterious thing about the dark blue Bergamo jacket, however, was that none of the magazines had the pattern for it. There was a reason for that:instructionsttern simply didn't fit into the magazine last year and in fact Kati from Lamana even remembered that I had already tried on exactly this jacket (actually I think it's more of a coat) in love at the Lamana booth at a trade fair last September. Yes. This is simply a favorite part. Blue. Bergamo. BÄM. Now Lamana has made it possible due to the many requests andinstructionshe pattern available. You can now find the knitting kit for the dark blue Bergamo jacket in the stinstructionscluding pattern and the corresponding (in this case quite large :)) amount of yarn. But yoinstructionslso find the pattern separately at Lamana in the Ravelry store, if you are not sure yet, or just want to read first.

The Bergamo jacket is of course a real fall/winter piece. The contrast to this is the sleeveless tunic "Nova", in which Dagmar had fallen in love on Instagram and immediately ordered matching Perla. A mini-KAL of some knitters in the Maschenfein knitting round on Facebook, I look forward to pictures!

Janukke has once again released a beautiful shawl tutorial with ITO yarns. You can find the tutorial for "Stitches of Zen" on her Ravelry page (of course also in German) and the matching wool package in my store. I am already looking forward to a workshop with Janukke at Frida Fuchs! In my Instastories I will of course take you along again.

In the backend are busy preparations for the new yarns in the store. Yesterday I have already presented them to you in my Instastories, a mini insight you can see here, are not these wonderful colors? Really, I get little heart jumps, when feeling and marveling at the new qualities and beautiful colors. More knitting time, however, I can not offer you unfortunately so at all, I lack it myself just very much. I'm also afraid that the two weeks of vacation in the summer will be much too short and quickly over. But why should I be different from you, right?

Today I ring in the month of July to the new round "On the needles". The post with the link-up follows in the course of the day.

Meanwhile, you can once again pass the on the needles month of June in review. Punktemarie had so much on the needles and also with Katha the needles are definitely not still, with her, by the way, I pick up on Monday the very very last model cloth for my new cloth book! And it turned out really beautiful. Hach.... Ines finished knitting a baby blanket from Lamana Cosma in June. Majacosa has the Leokadia sh awl from my first book on the needles and has to trick a bit because she ran out of yarn halfway through. But the trick worked, I'd say.

Have a great weekend!
