PDF crochet pattern from Maschenfein

The shell hat is a crocheted hat with a shell pattern for young and old. It is crocheted top down in the round.

Sizes

These pattern contain four sizes, which you can of course adapt as you wish by simply adding more finishing rows.

Size 0: 0 to maximum 0.5 year old baby

Size 1: depending on head circumference up to approx. 1.5 years

Size 2: between 1.5 years and 3 years

For older children, you can simply extend the number of shell rows from size 2 before you get to the final rows.

Size 3: for mom (adult)

Color A: 1 ball
Color B: 1 ball

Pascuali - Cashmere 6/28 (100 % cashmere, LL 112 m / 25 g)

OR

Lamana - Como (100 % Merino, LL 120 m / 25 g)

If you crochet the hat in one color, you will need a little more than one ball of yarn.
