TIRIL 18 - Summer shorts
The summer hit from Sandnes Yarn and Tiril Eckhoff - a comfortable summer shorts knitted from Line.
The double knitted waist band ensures a secure hold of the pants. The middle stitch of the front as well as the back are knitted in half brioche as a pure accent each.
With the help of short rows, the shorts are worked higher at the back to accommodate the body shape. An I-cord edge finishes the work.

Hello,
I just cast on the pants so I can't say much about the complete pattern, unfortunately there was a mistake at the beginning that could trip up knitting beginners. The provisional gauge and the figure eight gauge are not the same. With the figure eight gauge, you can't close the pants to the round and you get a seam that you have to sew together later. You can simply cross out the word "Achteranschlag" on p. 8 of the knitting pattern.
