Novice Cardigan - Chunky Edition
The "Novice Cardigan - Chunky Edition" from Petiteknit is worked seamlessly top down. Start with the neckline. With increases in the round yoke it goes up to armpit height, where the sleeve stitches are set aside accordingly. The body is knitted stockinette stitch to the desired length and ends with a ribbed cuff. Finally, the sleeves are worked over the previously set-aside stitches.
Sizes:
XS (S / M / L / XL / 2XL / 3XL / 4XL / 5XL) = chest circumference of the finished knitted piece: 96 (103 / 107 / 111 / 123 / 131 / 141 / 153 / 163) cm incl. approx. 15 cm positive ease
How do I determine my size:
To find out which size is right for you, measure your chest circumference. Add the positive ease to this number. If you want less positive ease, add less. The result indicates the size to be knitted.
Knitting Kit Novice Cardigan - Chunky Edition
The knitting kit contains the necessary amount of SANDNES Kos (62 % baby alpaca, 9 % wool, 29 % nylon) and Tynn Silk Mohair (57 % mohair, 15 % virgin wool, 28 % silk) in your desired colors for the two-threaded work and optionally the knitting pattern. In addition, you will need circular knitting needles with a gauge of 7.0 mm (or matching the gauge - here 14 stitches = 10 cm plain right-handed with both qualities).
