A very common question when knitting color stripes is: Do I need to cut the yarn at the end of each color?
The answer is: NO! In no case, even if you knit wider color stripes, you can simply bring up the unused thread at the edge. You just have to take care of anchoring the thread, so that later large loops do not get stuck.
