A wonderful good morning to Saturday coffee with a little this and that from the knitting world. Imagine the rushing sea in the background today. I'm while I'm writing here for you the first Saturday coffee this year namely in the middle of a time-out weekend only with me and my knitting needles, as I have wished for many months.

The Rakuda cuddle dream, which you see in this picture, I have of course also. However, he has already grown a decent piece, finally he should be finished this month. He is part of the new secret project #hyggeheimgeheim, because what would be the new year without small and larger Maschenfeine Heimlichkeiten?

With me, of course, my Girlfriendscardigan, which I have treated in the last week a little stepmotherly in favor of the above-mentioned secret projects. But now it is growing rapidly. "Friederike" had made me yesterday first a neat line through the bill, my train connection to the sea turned out extremely complicated. But we knitters can also appreciate long train rides, don't you think? And so, thanks to an extremely long train ride and despite many transfers, the Girlfriendscardigan could grow quite a bit. However, when I browse through all the beautiful Maschenfeingirlfriends projects on Instagram and in our Maschenfein knitting round on Facebook, I already get quite jittery. I am knitting it in black after all, which I still think is pretty great. However, when I look at this pink girls' version of Knitted Whites, for example, my fingers are already tingling....

By the way, while knitting I prefer to watch The Good Wife on Netflix and if not that, then I like to listen or watch podcasts like this episode of Fruity Knitting with Isabell Krämer, in which she shows many of your super great designs and also the beautiful and currently so popular Humulus sweater, for which there is a beautiful wool package in the store. This has just ordered my neighbor (huhu, Sonja). I'm already looking forward to it. Sweaters will not make it to my needles in the near future (neither ball nor breastfeeding). But I admire them anyway.

We have another relatively new wool package from Isabell Krämer in the store, namely the Caramel Cardigan knitted from ITO Rakuda and Sensai, the same combination as my Rakuda Cuddle Dream up there in the picture. The idea for this wool package came from a freestyle knitted sample by Sarah, who tried out different ITO yarns at our last big knitting meeting in Berlin. That's the way it is with stitch samples sometimes. They lead to matching projects and Sarah's Caramel Cardigan turned out so great that we immediately took it as an opportunity to add the wool package to Isabell's pattern to the store. Scroll through Sarah's feed, there are many beautiful pictures of the creation of her cardigan.

There has been a lot going on in the store in the last few weeks, feel free to browse around! A lot of new accessories had arrived and everything that was quickly no longer available is already reordered, also the great bags of Twig & Horn will hopefully arrive again soon. As soon as I have a more exact date, I'll let you know, so you can quickly strike! Until then, have fun browsing and I wish you a cozy weekend!
