A wonderful good morning to Saturday coffee with a little this and that from the knitting world.

Saturday Coffee 129 Blog

Yesterday I finished the very last details for my basics book. The index is in place, the table of contents as well and the very last corrections have been made. It's such a great feeling to leave this huge mountain behind me and now I'm just really looking forward to holding the finished book in my hands very soon. I am so excited how you will like it!

The next book mountain is now no longer quite so high, the new cloth book is also almost on the jump to the printer, the cloths are all at the publisher, where they will be shot in the next week. I can't wait for this book either, because it's going to be very different and contains many new beautiful designs and also some completely new techniques. But until then, there is still a lot to do for this book as well. I take you almost daily on my book journey in my Instastories.

But today is Saturday, because I have again a few beautiful inspirations from the net for you. I have a new sweater from Luma calculated and if the really becomes as I imagine it, I'll show you more soon. You can see it already on the photo above. Knitted with my new yarn "Luma" from The Fibre Company, which you can find in the store now. I have decided without further ado against blue and for the great color flamingo. Kerstin and Sandra want to knit the sweater Yoki out of Luma during the summer vacations. Maybe someone would like to join them? The yarn just knits away, so I've already knitted away a whole skein in two days. I'm knitting it with my 3.5mm olive needles from my Click Set.

I like some more of Regina Moessmer's designs. For example Malli. This one looks great too! Questions about matching yarns of various pattern I always answer gladly and as quickly as possible by email. Just write me if you need advice!

The great Fibre yarns I will introduce you soon in more detail just like the beautiful Sandnes yarns, which we are also just gradually cozy into the store.

Look, so simple and so beautiful is this scarf (Shibui again). You could knit a stole of this type in Cosma and Premia.

This beautiful baby blanket with the intarsia clouds one or the other of you has probably already discovered. The neat crossing of the threads on the back you learn then in my book, if you have never done. And if you like, you can also knit such a blanket in doubleface. A little bit longer, but also possible. Doubleface appears in both new books.

At Ravelry I also found this poncho and the Bentley Cardigan of the same designer I also find very pretty! For the you could try for example the Road to China Light right away.

By the way, my Maschenfein knitting notebook is now available in the store. I completely missed introducing it to you properly here, so I should do that sometime, even if some of you have already discovered it. So if you just want to have a look, you can find it in the store now. I am very happy that it is already so well received by you.

At Auf den Nadeln was also again a lot going on. Juli has cast off your "Rainbow" Hinata and I am heavily inspired. It turned out really beautiful! Thordis has the Lamana coat on the coat (the knitting kit is here). I've already cast off my little Norma dress for the Miss. It fits and has become magical. I'll show you soon too.

Now I wish you a great weekend!
