Xmas Rose
The Xmas Rose sweater from ChrisBerlin is a casual sweater with a sophisticated shoulder construction. It is knitted seamlessly from the top down, with the contiguous shoulder construction creating a saddle shoulder that ensures the sweater fits well. The neck is shaped by short rows. The sleeves are cut wide with tight cuffs reminiscent of cuffs.
The yarn selection is made up of two different yarns and colors. Premia mohair is deliberately used as a contrasting color or yarn in the Fair Isle pattern to make it easier to maintain thread tension. The mohair yarn is knitted in two threads as it is thinner than the merino yarn.
Sizes
1 (2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8) = 92 (99, 112, 120, 128, 138, 149, 161) cm chest circumference of the finished sweater.
The Xmas Rose is knitted with a positive ease of approx. 16 cm.
Knitting set
The knitting kit contains the required amount of LAMANA - Lima (50% wool / 25% silk / 25% alpaca) and LAMANA - Premia (60% mohair, 40% silk) in your desired colors for the selected size and optional PDF knitting pattern. You will also need knitting needles with a gauge of 3.0 - 3.5 mm (or matching the gauge). Attention! The yarns are not knitted together, two threads of Premia form the contrasting color to Lima (single-ply).
