Description

Lulu Slipover Junior

The Lulu Slipover Junior is the mini version of the popular slipover. The casual look is also great for children's closets and, thanks to the buttons and large armholes, it is easier to put on and does not restrict movement when running around.
It is knitted from the top down. The back is worked first, then the front. Ribbed cuffs are worked along the armholes and double-knit edges are worked along the sides, which form a slit at the bottom. 2 buttonholes are worked in the front edges in double knit. Finally, a ribbed cuff is made at the neckline.

1-2 (2-3) 3-4 (4-5) 5-6 (6-7) 7-8 (8-9) 9-10 (10-11) 11-12 (12-14) years = 69 (71) 75 (77) 81 (83) 89 (91) 95 (99) 103 (107) cm chest circumference of the finished slipover.
The Lulu slipover is knitted with a positive ease of approx. 20 cm.

Knitting kit

The knitting kit contains the required amount of Sandnes - Double Sunday (100% virgin wool) in your desired color for the selected size and optional printed knitting pattern. You will also need 2.5 - 4.0 mm knitting needles (or needles matching the gauge) and 4 buttons (diameter 15-18 mm). You can find matching buttons here.
