The Cloud Blouse from PetiteKnit is the perfect top for spring or, depending on your choice of color, also for autumn. Fluffy and cozy, it keeps you warm on cooler days, but the yarn makes it nice and light and not too heavy. The beautiful details, such as the rib knitted on the right at the shoulder seam and the very short stand-up collar, make it an elegant eye-catcher in your outfit.
The Cloud Blouse is worked from the top down. First, the upper part of the back is knitted in rows, while the shoulder slopes are shaped using short rows. Then both shoulders are worked separately, also with short rows. The shoulder sections are then closed below the neckline. The front and back sections are then joined to form the body, which is worked in the round on a circular needle. The sleeves are worked from picked up stitches around the armholes in rounds on a circular needle. For the stockinette collar, stitches are picked up and knitted around the neckline.
