Cambodia Hat
The Cambodia Hat from Paula_m is a classic bucket hat, so a fishing hat. It looks incredibly cool and provides great shade in the summer. Our papyrus yarn is a bit heavier than the recommended raffia yarn. But no problem!
Quote Susanne "Because the yarn is heavier than that specified in the pattern, I opted for a 3.5 instead of 4 needle and crocheted very tightly, which was admittedly quite exhausting...could not crochet as furiously fast as usual.🌪 But the effort was absolutely worth it...by the heavier yarn, the hat is sooo nice shape.
Verdict: Recommended alternative yarn for the CAMBODIA Hat, if you reduce the needle size and maybe even crochet one size smaller than your normal size."
