Veselie is a real feel-good cardigan. Designer Fiona Munro created it for our delightfully loosely spun Merino d'Arles yarn from the south of France. Its vibrant ocre color, which reminds us of the ochre rocks of Provence, and classic, timeless cut deliver ever-changing styling options - whether casual or dressy. The jacket is worn open and also looks particularly beautiful with feminine dresses thanks to its V-shaped neckline. We like the practical, inward-facing pockets, but you can just leave them out if you prefer. The generous length provides extra warmth and is ideal for snuggling up in all situations.

Veselie is knitted seamless - it's not only easy, but also looks great. First, the body is worked from the bottom up in rows to the armholes. The left front, back and right front are knitted separately. Then close the shoulder seams by casting off with 3 needles. At the end, pick up stitches at the armholes and knit the sleeves in rounds top down. This way you can try them on while knitting to see if the length fits. The fine diamond pattern of right and purl stitches is described as a knitting script and text, and will have you in a relaxed flow after just a few rows.
