Description
Madita dress
The strap dress "Madita" from our children's book "Smaland - Scandinavian knitting" is worked seamlessly from the bottom up. The stockinette stitch lower part of the dress runs to just below chest level, where a box pleat on the front reduces the width. With a simple pattern, it continues to under the armpits, where the back is cast off. The front continues to be knit straight up in the pattern and is also cast off at the appropriate height. From the back, garter stitch straps are worked and buttoned to the front piece.

Knitting kit
Knitting is done with LAMANA Milano (90% merino, 10% cashmere) on 2.5 and 3.0 mm needles. The knitting kit contains the necessary amount of yarn in your desired color and optionally our book "Smaland - Scandinavian knitting", in which you will find the pattern. In addition, you need circular needles of 2.5 and 3.0 mm (40 cm for the small sizes up to 104, 60 cm for the larger sizes) or matching the gauge, and 2 buttons.
