Description

EMILE Bag

The EMILE Bag is a classic basket bag - perfect as a beach bag or for shopping at the market.
The bag has an oval basic shape and is crocheted in rounds. First, the bottom of the bag is worked with single crochet. Increases at regular intervals give the bottom its basic oval shape. Then the body is crocheted in the plastic rib pattern with half double crochet. It is worked in spiral rounds so that there is no 'seam'. Regular increases ensure that the bag becomes wider or trapezoidal towards the top. Finally, leather straps that serve as handles are sewn to the bag.

Size: width: about 49-51 cm, height: about 28 cm, depth: about 14 cm.
