September... what thoughts come to mind when you think of this month? The first leaves are turning colorful, apples are ripe and when you leave the house in the morning, it's already much cooler... autumn is approaching and with it the desire to knit more again (not that we would ever lose that at Maschenfein - we knit even at 35 degrees).
Fittingly, we are gradually starting the projects for the #maschenfeincowgirlKAL. For most of us the yarn from South Africa should have arrived by now, others are still patient and finish other projects in the meantime.
Maybe you have already started? On this picture you can see the beginning of the sweater "Blue Tunnel" after a tutorial by Katrin Schneider - well, rather a curry tunnel... #curryistimmernochdasneuerosa
Are you also part of the #maschenfeincowgirlKAL? Of course you can also join later. As always, there are no rigid deadlines, because the fun of knitting together should be in the foreground. So if you want to watch a bit first and join later, that's no problem. You can find all our ready to knit wool packages with the great yarn Merino Twist by Cowgirlblues HERE.
Or do you have something completely different on your needles in September?
"On the Needles" is a series from Maschenfein. What are you knitting in September? What has become of your last projects? Will you tell us here? We are looking forward to it! Just comment here under this post or link up in the links section. On Instagram we use the hashtag #aufdennadelnsseptember (and you'll also find projects from the last years of the same month there). Join us there as well!
You can link yourself for the whole month! Attention: You must set a backlink to this post or blog in your post, otherwise it will not work with the link tool. A backlink is nothing more than a link to this blog :)!
Are you visiting here for the first time? Every month we collect knitting projects that are linked here in the respective blog posts on "Auf den Nadeln". You can find all past collections to browse in the On the Needles section.
Thank you for your comment!
