Tadaaa! Finally, I have here in my closet times again finished something that I may also show you. Namely my Lamana jacket. Na guuut ... so it is not quite finished yet.

After all, after the binding is before the sewing of the threads and before the closing of the various holes and before the insertion of the pockets. But anyway, I'll show it to you already, because I'm just really in love with it. And she is also already washed!

After the Abketten I was unsure whether it really has the right length. However, through the subsequent bathing and drying it sits absolutely perfect. I would love to just wear it already in unfinished state. But I think I'll bite the bullet and sew another hour on the jacket tonight.

I have bent the pattern a little. According toinstructionsttern, the jacket is knitted in three parts plus the pockets. So two front parts including the front part of the sleeves and a back part including the back parts of the sleeves. From bottom to top. I just cast on the front and back pieces in one go and knit from the bottom up. I added a curly seam between the pieces, just because I think it's pretty and it fits better that way. At the pockets I separated the work for a short time, knitted the parts separately and then joined them together again above the pockets.

Now it gets a bit technical: Since the sleeves are knitted up in the pattern and only more stitches are slipped on each time, I also had to separate the work there again, but I then (when the increase for the sleeves was finished) continued knitting all in one go again.

I have so actually really not much to sew. The holes under the arms have to be closed, the pockets inserted and the threads sewn when changing balls (because I always forget to knit in the ends at the same time).

The knitting kit for the cardigan you can find of course in the store! And soon there's also a wearing picture, promised!
