Today I'm back with my monthly review in Instagram pictures. Are you also on Instagram? Then definitely try out such a review, it's so great to see what you have done!

Instagram Maschenfein January

This month I've been doing quite a bit of math and experimenting. I have a little notebook where I jot down ideas. Number (1) has become a nice hole pattern. For a border on a shawl. Number (2) has become a heavy winter shawl, in the tried and true combination of purple and mustard yellow, which I think is so cool right now. Number (3) will be a triangle shawl, based on my diamond shawl. And number (4) is a colorful glitter scarf for the Miss become, stockinette stitch with a crossed edge each left and right.

The glitter yarn is the Kid-Pailettes from Schulana I combined it with scraps of Piper (Quince&Co) that I had left over from the Anna cardigan. You can't see it so well here, it's white with colorful sequins! I bought it here in Berlin at Lalaine, the miss had discovered it during a visit there and fell terribly in love. Can you believe Schulana is taking this color out of their range for the upcoming season? How sad! But I've already heard there will be great new color.

In the middle of the month I finished (5) the knitting pattern for the patchwork shawl. And then I had shown you in a #latergram still a picture of my exciting shoot at DaWanda (6). More about that soon! This was followed by a sentimental #latergram of the prince in the sling with the shell hat (7), which I haven't crocheted for quite a while now.

The month ended then with my workshop at DaWanda (8). We have knitted a headband and since we have worked double-threaded, I have previously diligently wound two columns from each skein of Cusi for each participant. With my great wool winder was also more pleasure than work!
