I am not a glove wearer. Even when sledding with the kids, I don't like to wear gloves. Somehow they hinder me, they restrict the sense of touch, that bothers me. Arm warmers, on the other hand, I find a great alternative and, what's more, a grateful and quick knitting project.

I wanted to conjure up something from my many Cusco scraps, so arm warmers were very close, after all, they do not consume so much yarn. The braid pattern I wanted to work first on a baby blanket, but when that did not work, it came simply on the arm warmers, I like the result very much!

Thanks to my great test knitters, the very comprehensive pattern turned out really great. It contains both a text, in which all rows are described, and a chart, for all those who prefer to get an overview of the pattern visually.

You need two balls of Cusco from Lamana and a 4.5mm double pointed needles, a braid or auxiliary needle and as always a wool needle for sewing the threads and a braid needle. You can find the detailed knitting pattern now in my store.
