TTTHIN Skirt
The TTTHIN Skirt from Wool & Beyond is a beautiful mini skirt with an elegant slit. There is also a sweater to match the skirt. Worn together, they create an elegant and harmonious combination.
The TTHIN Skirt is knitted from the top down and has an elastic band at the waist to stay in place and hold its shape. First a few short rows (German Short Rows) are worked before increases are made at the sides to shape the skirt. The skirt is then knitted straight until the opening (slit) is started, working back and forth. Finally, the hem is knitted and turned inwards and sewn on to create a neat bottom edge.
Sizes
XS (S) M (L) XL (2XL) 3XL (4XL) = 65 (72) 80 (85) 90 (100) 110 (120) cm waist circumference 87 (94) 102 (110) 117 (127) 137 (147) cm hip circumference of the finished skirt.
The skirt is knitted with a positive ease of 0 cm at the waist and 0-4 cm at the hips.
Knitting set
The knitting kit contains the necessary amount of Knitting for Olive - Merino (100% Merino) in your desired color for your selected size. You will also need 2.5 and 3.0 mm knitting needles (or needles matching the gauge), a 4 cm wide elastic band in your size and the ENGLISH knitting pattern. You can find matching elastic bands here.
