After writing my first review, I received a replacement brush quickly and easily (you guys are the best!). This brush is now for about three months in continuous use! It does not lose bristles and after treating a piece of knitting, it looks like new! In my opinion, an absolute "must" for all knitters who like to work with mohair fibers or the like. I also use the brush to freshen up delicate fibers like cashmere etc., it removes light pilling and small stains can be brushed out. Definitely recommended!

Dear Kitty,
how nice that everything worked out and you can now enjoy the brush in its full glory!

The brush does what it should, the knitted fabric comes to life after the "treatment". However, my brush loses its bristles incessantly, which then have to be laboriously removed from the knitted fabric.
At first I thought that it was a few loose bristles and that the problem would be solved after several uses, but unfortunately this is not so. In the meantime, I can pull the bristles out of the brush with my fingers , without any effort.
I hope times that it is a "Monday brush" in my copy.Because apart from the loose bristles, the use is recommended.

Dear Kitty,
oh dear, you really got a "Monday brush". I also have one and so far not a single bristle has fallen out. In such cases, please write us an email with a description of the problem and a photo, so that we can process the complaint as best as possible. I will also send you an email in addition.
Kind regards
Louisa
