Susurrus

The Susurrus Sweater by Joji Locatelli is a special striped sweater. Knitted in different patterns and with two different colors, the stripes offer the ultimate variety in knitting and create a distinctive look.
The susurrus is knitted seamlessly from the top down and is constructed with a round yoke. After the cuff, the round yoke is shaped by increases. Once this has been completed, the sleeve stitches are set aside and the body is knitted in the round. Half of the stripes are knitted in stockinette stitch and the other half in a lace pattern. The sleeve stitches are then picked up again and the sleeves are knitted individually in rounds, using the same stripe pattern as on the body.

Sizes

1 (2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9) = 85 (95.5, 105.5, 116, 126, 136, 146.5, 153, 163.5) cm chest circumference of the finished sweater.
The Susurrus is knitted with a positive ease of approx. 10 to 15 cm.

Wool package

The wool package contains the required amount of Manos del Uruguay - Fino (70% virgin wool, 30% silk) and Cabrito (80% mohair, 20% polyamide) in your desired color for your size. You will also need 2.75 and 3.5 mm knitting needles (or needles to match the gauge) and the ENGLISH pattern.
