Sunday Balaclava - knitting pattern
Printed knitting pattern from Petite Knit
The Sunday Balaclava is worked from the top down in a double rib pattern, which turns into a round yoke at the neck in a rib pattern with increases. First, knit a square at the top of the head. Then stitches are picked up on all sides of the square and the balaclava is knitted down, where it is closed into a round under the chin and finished in rib pattern with increases. A ribbed cuff is worked around the face at the end.
Sizes: 6 mon-1 year (1-2 years) 2-6 years
Recommended yarn: Sandnes - Double Sunday
Gauge: 26 sts = 10 cm in double rib with needle 4.0 mm
