Riika Socks are knitted in a rib pattern from the cuff to the toe.
The stripes provide a sporty college look. The heel is worked as an increase heel with a heel wall wedge of purl stitches and a heel wedge of knit stitches. The upper foot is then still knitted in a rib pattern, and the lower foot is knitted in stockinette stitch. The toe is worked as a classic and comfortable ribbon toe with decreases slanted to the right and left.

Recommended yarn: Kremke - Lazy Lion Sockyarn and Kremke - Alpaca Edelweiss
Gauge: 30 sts = 10 cm with needle 2.5 mm (or matching gauge).
