Mor Cardigan - knitting pattern
The Mor Cardigan is a very classic cardigan knitted in half brioche with a somewhat unusual construction.
The cardigan is knitted from the top down, starting with the collar, which is worked in double knitting technique.
Along the edge of the collar are picked up stitches for the saddle shoulder and back.
These are knitted to the shoulder width and then stilled. Now the front pieces are picked up from the front edge of the saddle shoulder and knitted in short rows. Then the back piece is joined to the front pieces and knitted in rows.
Over the saddle shoulder down to the sleeve and on both sides of the body runs a pattern in half brioche.
Unlike the Syster Cardigan, Mor is slightly narrower and longer. The sleeves and body cuffs are shorter
