Melange sweater
The Melange Sweater from Petite Knit is quite a simple sweater, which becomes an eye-catcher through the melange effect. You knit with two different colored strands to create this effect. The sweater is knitted top down. You start with the back, which is formed at the top with short rows. Then stitches are picked up from the shoulders to knit the front piece. Under the arms, you then finish knitting everything in the round. For the sleeves, pick up stitches from the armholes and finish them in the round as well. The neckband comes at the end and is knitted double.
