Lana Grossa - Soffio

Soffio is a fluffy lace yarn. The use of superfine merino wool together with organic cotton and cashmere makes this yarn truly luxurious. It is ideal as a slip stitch yarn and is therefore a great alternative to conventional mohair silk yarns. It gives your knitwear a wonderfully soft feel. Knitted individually, it produces light and airy knitted pieces.

Use mild detergent without softener! Leave to dry flat.

The new wool is from merino sheep from species-appropriate husbandry in Australia, New Zealand and South America and is of course mulesing-free. Mohair is sourced from South Africa and the AIA-certified alpaca from South America. The cashmere used comes from Mongolia and the Himalayas. Lana Grossa attaches great importance to the sustainable future of the industry and looks after its own employees as well as those of its partners with fair wages, modern and flexible working conditions and commitment that goes beyond an employment relationship.
