Kosho Sweater - PDF knitting pattern

Kosho is a sweater that consists of rhombuses (spinels). Depending on the color scheme, you can emphasize the wavy lines or the rhombuses. The pattern gives light batwing sleeves.
The sweater is started at the end of the back yoke, from the bottom up, knitting the sleeves directly.
After the yoke is worked including the sleeves, stitches are picked up along the back yoke and then the
body is knitted top down in the desired length.
Sizes
The Kosho Sweater can be knitted in "normal" sizes or in long sizes. In the long sizes, the chest circumference is smaller and the body part of the sweater is narrower.
The size is selected based on the span from wrist to wrist. Then the chest width is selected, whether a long or short size fits. There is no long size for size 0-1.
0-1 (2-3, 4-5, 6-7, 8-9) = span from wrist to wrist 109 (123, 137, 151, 165) cm
Chest circumference normal size: 124 (140, 156, 172, 188) cm
Chest circumference long size: _ (106, 118, 128, 140) cm
The sweater should be worn with a positive ease of 40 - 60 cm on the chest circumference.
Recommended yarn: ITO Kosho and Sensai
Gauge: 22 sts x 44 rows = 10 x 10 cm two-thread with needle 3.5 mm in half pattern
