Kirsa hooded poncho

"Kirsa" - a hooded poncho by Sandra Groll from our joint book "Knitting Hygge Feel-Good Clothing" - is provisionally cast on at the neckline and worked down. The increases for the circular shape are made at regular intervals in the stockinette stitch segments, which thus widen conically downward between the cables. The stitches of the provisional cast-on are then picked up and a hood is worked, on which two
of the six braids of the body continue.

The poncho is knitted in one size, but can be adjusted by reducing or expanding the repeats. The top of the hood rounds off a faux fur pom pom, which further spices up the look of the poncho.

Knitting kit

The knitting kit contains the necessary amount of PASCUALI Babyalpaca Los Andes (100% alpaca) in your desired color and optionally our book "Hygge - Wohlfühlkleidung stricken", in which you will find the pattern. In addition, you need circular needles of 7.0 mm (60 & 100 cm) or matching the gauge, and optionally a faux fur pom-pom.
