Description
Karlsson sweater
The cuddly sweater "Karlsson" from our children's book "Smaland - Scandinavian knitting" is started in the middle of the back with provisional cast on, from where it is knitted upwards towards the shoulders. These are formed by short rows before the work is divided for the head opening. After working the neckline, knit over all stitches again. From underarm height, the sts of the provisional cast on are taken to the nd and the body is knitted in rounds, working a kangaroo pocket with textured pattern at the front.

Knitting kit
Knitting is done with LAMANA Bergamo (75% merino, 25% alpaca) on 3.5 and 4.0 mm needles. The knitting kit contains the necessary amount of yarn in your desired color and optionally our book "Smaland - Scandinavian knitting", in which you will find the pattern. In addition, you need circular needles of 3.5 and 4.0 mm or suitable for the gauge, as well as appropriate needle plays if necessary. For sizes 56 - 98 you will also need 2 buttons and a small snap fastener, which can be attached to the inside of the garment.
