The Hannah Neck Junior is a cozy, warm collar to wear over your head. It keeps your neck nice and warm and adds color to your winter outfit.
You start with the back section, then pick up stitches for the front section and knit it down. Then pick up stitches for the turtleneck and fold over to the outside.
