Girlfriends Cardigan
The GIRLFRIENDS CARDIGAN by ANKESTRICK is knitted seamlessly top down.
From the edge of a separately knitted I-cord, stitches are picked up for the back and the shoulders are shaped with short rows. The back is further worked in garter stitch to length of armholes. From additional stitches picked up from the edge of the I-cord, the front pieces are knitted in garter stitch to the length of the armholes. Back and front pieces are joined to form row and knit together to optional pockets and continue to cuff. The sleeve stitches are picked up along the armhole and knit in rounds in garter stitch to the cuff.
Knitting Kit Girlfriends Cardigan
The knitting kit is designed so that you can knit with Knitting for Olive - Compatible Cashmere (100% cashmere). The package contains the necessary amount in your desired color for your size. In addition, you need 3.5 mm needles (or suitable for the gauge)

Dear Maschenfein team, I have received the wool and the pattern. Do I now have to knit the cardigan simply 2 sizes larger because of the larger chest circumference? Fits then the rest (length, sleeves)?

Dear Doris,
first of all: you can easily adjust length and sleeves for designs that are knitted from the top down (as in this tutorial), since you can try them on in between.
To find the right size for you, add the positive ease (in this case 18-24 cm) to your own chest circumference. Compare the result with the measurements in the pattern. The measurements ininstructionsttern are the measurements of the finished piece.
