Pascuali - Cumbria

"Cumbria" combines the advantages of cotton and bamboo viscose into a super soft and very comfortable yarn to wear on the skin- a feeling experience comparable to a merino silk yarn.

Suitable for all seasons and all weather, Cumbria yarn can be used for all knitting projects. The fiber characteristics give the yarn a cooling effect in summer and the light fleece provides warming characteristics in winter. The color palette is appropriately matched to the whole year and holds strong-cheerful as well as delicate-restrained colors ready.

The yarn also impresses with its shape retention. A borrowing of the finished knitted fabric has not to fear with this yarn.

Responsibility

The Pima cotton comes from Peru and the bamboo viscose from China. Cumbria is also spun and dyed in Peru. Pascuali's mission is to produce sustainable and environmentally friendly yarns of particularly high quality. The production chain of each yarn is transparent and Pascuali visits every farm and production site himself. All fibers come from animal-friendly and environmentally friendly farms. The production is also resource-friendly and fair for all workers.
