CaMaRose - llama tweed

Llama Tweed by CaMaRose is a wonderful tweed blend of llama, virgin wool and viscose. It is a soft yet rustic yarn that is a bit shiny and brings that beautiful natural tweed look to your knits. The tweed dots are created by the viscose it contains, which also makes the yarn shiny at the same time. Llama wool is lanolin-free and especially light and strong. Lamatweed keeps you extra warm, although it doesn't get too heavy. Children's clothing, classic sweaters and jackets but also, for example, blankets can be knitted great with it.

Responsibility

Lama tweed is produced in Peru. The spinning mill is Oeke-TEX certified and uses solar energy for all its machinery. CaMaRose has made it its mission to produce special yarns in harmony with animal welfare, people and the environment. For this reason, only organic-quality raw materials are used and the merino is naturally mulesing-free.
